27 Day Mobility Training
We will meet on Zoom Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at 8:30am CST from April 29th until May 24th. All sessions will be recorded and you will be able to access them at anytime. My training is perfect for all experience levels combining yoga, focused breathing, mobility, and calisthenics. I like to have fun and my style is perfect for anyone who thinks yoga and training is boring. This will rewire your body to crave movement that you can do anywhere, anytime. I’ve done these moves at home, in the office, at the park, in the airport, even on an airplane! No equipment is required. The movements in this course will not only burn calories but it will build muscle, improve joint mobility, give you energy for the day, and allow you to sleep better at night.

Ever since I was 5 years old, I always wanted to be strong. I started with running and weightlifting at age 13 and then fell for yoga at age 22. Now I am 33 and want to share everything I’ve learned with you. It’s all about discipline and wanting to evolve into your true form more than wanting to do what’s easy. We all have a higher self that wants us to become all that we can be and it’s way easier and more fun when we do it with those who we feel aligned with. If you feel called to train with me, I would love nothing more than to teaching you the ways of the dragon 🐉🙏💞
