Yoga Training

Private and small group sessions to learn different styles of yoga that build a stable body and sound mind. Vinyasa style power yoga builds strength. Yin style restorative yoga creates openness and calms the mind. I also offer hands on adjustments to help you get deeper in poses. Learn in the comfort of your own home/office or in my private home studio!

 

Strength Training

Private and small group strength training. Build muscle, burn fat, feel confident. This can be your first time strength training or your 100th. Learn workouts you’ll be able to do on your own. I will create a custom work out plan depending on your goals that will have you feeling powerful. Train at my home, at a park, or I can bring the equipment to you!

 

Nutrition

Exercise is only one facet of a healthy lifestyle. I’ll help you build a plan to make good choices when you eat so you can yield faster results from training and have more energy throughout the day .
