Power Flow
Alex’s Power Flow class at Black Swan Yoga is an all-level class meant to kick your booty and make you sweat. Alex will guide you through many modifications, including arm balances and inversions. You're always welcome to take whatever variations of the poses that are calling to you.
Yoga In the Park (free)
Join Alex for Yoga in the Park each week at a different public park in Dallas. This week, we’re at Turtle Creek Park. This free beginner yoga flow will introduce you to new, beautiful green spaces and approaches to your practice.
Beginner Flow
Alex’s beginner classes provide an excellent introduction to yoga. Focus is on pose alignment and linking breath with movement. Beginner classes are slower and are for all levels.
Swan Sculpt
Alex’s Swan Sculpt flow is an all-levels, mat-based fitness class that combines yoga warm-up and cool down with strength and conditioning. Onnit brand equipment consisting of steel maces, clubs, and kettlebells are used to provide higher resistance than normal bodyweight classes, resulting in a sweat dripping session.
